I was very impressed with the service (as i have been with previous work you have done for me). Being an ex-mechanic myself it is difficult to impress me regarding vehicle repairs. Indeed I generally prefer to do my own simply because I have had several bad repairs. However, you contacted me directly to explain the issue then followed up when it eventuated there was more damage, providing a detailed quote for both cases. Followed by an excellent actual repair, with attention to detail (all marks etc cleaned away, brakes bled and adjusted properly). One would think at least quality repair was normal but sadly is not the case. The attention to detail is above and beyond, and gives critical assurance the bits I CAN’T see are similarly well executed. Thank you. It is a relief to know a reliable mechanic site. Hi Folks, I always recommend you guys to my colleagues and friends as a company who can be trusted to do an excellent job, at fair rates with an always pleasant manner. I have had some negative experiences with other car servicing companies but have been pleasantly surprised in my dealings with Fredco.  Most customers don’t have mechanical knowledge about their vehicles so we have to put our faith in our mechanic that they are giving accurate information about the state of our vehicle.  To date I have felt this is the case with you folk.
